Excellent communication from the hotel prior to arrival.They checked arrival / departure times for the free shuttle service to Malpensa ( a 20 minute ride) . Arriving in winter the bedroom was very well heated as was the bathroom.Clean and comfortable. Parking was easy.Dinner was very good.,We chose the set menu and the food was very good and huge portions 😁. We did not have breakfast as we left at 06.20 and breakfast starts at 06.45. The shuttle bus was super reliable and turned up 5 minutes early which is helpful.Helpful staff and helpful driver.Will stay here again as it is ideal for the airport.

That location was very nice. The transportation was also very nice. At the reception they prepared a breakfast package. The area is very silent. So we could sleep properly. Thanks a lot for the nice hosting. András,

I totally recommend this hotel! We stayed only one night as we flew late to the Milan airport and we wanted to rest for the night and the next day we were on our way to les sybelles for a ski vacation. As soon as we took our luggage we texted the hotel and the driver was waiting for us at terminal 1 exit 5. The menu at the restaurant was delicious and a full 4 course menu enough for two people was only 18€ and it was delivered to our room as we were very tired! The next morning breakfast was excellent and equivalent to a 5* hotel!

The setting and decorations are beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport was easy to book and find. The driver was friendly and drove very well. I hope to be able to stay there again.

Located 20mins from Milan airport in quiet countryside. It has a lovely family atmosphere with rooms located around the pool. Staff were really helpful in advice on where to park and how to visit local attractions. Perfect for Milan, Como and Arona

That's a shame this hotel is not more famous ! Would it be possible to rate it higher than 10 ? We booked it only because it was nearby the airport, but when we arrived, we started to regret we had to leave ! Seriously, not able to tell what was the best : staff who welcomed us as family, typical food, room-appartment with private terrasse and pool view, decoration of the area, huge gardens with lots of flowers... The price is a funny joke, with taxes, parking and breakfast all included ! In France, there are 5 stars hotels " relais et châteaux " with really much less to offer than this AMAZING hotel-ristorante, we highly recommend it, even if it is only to eat in this beautiful restaurant ! If we ever have to go back to this area of Italy, this will be our hotel, no questions asked !

Nice houses, warm and cozy for cold winter, pretty area with forest and river, staff very helpful, free shuttle to&from the airport the best part, check out at 1pm

everything was perfect ! spacious room, meal was amazing but what I loved most was staff especially Eri! We were travelling with a baby and she even prepared food for him😍. was all time asking if we needed anything else also giving us advices about places we should visit around. hotel also offered free shutter to pick us up and send us back to airport for free. also traveled around with less money than usual taxi. thank you 🙏
